- Fixed some minor visual bugs that could occur with tooltips

- Fixed an issue with the barrel not always spawning correctly for the mission The Cause
- Fixed a building at The Lodge not rendering correctly
- Fixed part of the bridge in the HZ not rendering correctly (HZ is pending a rework in a future smaller patch)
- Fixed human AI not having water interaction effects when in water
- Fixed low-damage weapons not displaying correctly on the stats bar
