Campaign
On Cut-Off, upon reaching the crash-site some basic defensive structures will be included with the power array.
Slightly reduced the population/FLOPs requirements on Heatshield on lower difficulties
Reduced the amount of enemies initially spawned by Goo spawners on Creeping Sanctuary on lower difficulties
In the campaign the Robot water module is now available in tier 3 research instead of 4
Slight rebalancing of Sludge Ascendent wave sizes on lower difficulties

Losing ship power no longer causes 0 effort to be delivered from manufacturing modules
Bug Fixes
Fixed under construction platforms breaking linkages if demolished under another structure
Fixed being able to place structures on top of robotics if they were placed on a hab
Fixed mutator sprites not loading correctly on operations
Fixed some Warlord tooltips
Fixed perks that impact crew combat effectiveness not calculating correctly
Fixed some survival captain unlock triggers being impacted from inside the campaign.
