Hi everyone!
Rogue Station 1.0 is out! Thanks to everyone who helped during early access and provided feedback.
As a small thank you, I set up the early access depots separately so the soundtrack can be included for free in the coming days. This will only apply to anyone who purchased before the 22nd of August 2023.
What to expect in the future?
Updates are planned for a long time after the release. This is something I very much enjoy working on and, now that the game is released, I can focus on content.
Feedback and suggestions are always welcome and will keep guiding priorities going forward.
Patch notes
Balance:
- Increased end game difficulty growth.
Fixes:
- Fixed control issue with the new UI blocking movement on the right when a character was selected.
- Fixed a bug with enemy scaling using perks. The added perks would have 0 default values and added no extra difficulty.
- Fixed custom game issue with year length not being taken into account.
- Fixed a bug with enemy ships not loading their correct floor health.
- Fixed a bug after loading a saved game where future ships might spawn pre-damaged.
- Fixed issue with crew count on loaded ships.
- Fixed AI behavior where crew kept going back to the first room they appeared in instead of roaming around when set to go anywhere.
- Fixed AI behavior for Stay At Component crew after getting reborn. If someone had taken their spot, they would not return correctly to their assigned station.
- Visual fixes when destroying ships.
- Fixed issue where, after removing a selected character, the UI could become unresponsive.
Misc:
- Localization for a few extra languages has been added as options in settings. These translations are not supported and are not very good but, since they were included by error when the OS language matched and to avoid anyone losing previous functionality, they will be available to use as is.
