SULFUR Patch Notes — April 16, 2026
Aggregated from Steam, cross-tracked with Battle.net coverage on GamePatchNote.
Big patch! We’ve changed many things on a fundamental level to make the game run better, smoother and… better! You’re probably going to see changes both visually and gameplay wise that may be hard to put your finger on; that is due to us remaking how certain things work (bullets, particles, hitboxes, explosions etc).
This is an important landmark for us in the optimization stage of the development and the game is now set up in a way that will make it easier for us to grow the game, while still supporting lower end hardware, consoles, as well as multiplayer.
But hey, that’s not all! You can now hold Ctrl to lock the item descriptions in place and hover over applied attachments, enchantments and oils to see what every individual thing does.
We also seriously revamped the desert, added more storage units, fixed a lot of bugs, added two new guns and… Pilk!
Since there have been many big changes, there may be some unintentional consequences. As always, we’ll be closely watching the bugs channel in our discord, and hot fix any serious issues as quickly as possible.
