A Sharper Castle: Level Editor, Japanese & Fixes
Castle Craft Patch Notes — May 15, 2026
Aggregated from Steam, cross-tracked with Battle.net coverage on GamePatchNote.
Dear Castle Crafters,
This patch tackles the things you've asked about most: the profile system, widescreen support, and quality-of-life and stability issues in the Level Editor.
The biggest change: when you open the game, you now go straight to the main menu. Profiles are only needed if you want to play the campaign — otherwise you can jump right in. This was long overdue, and we really appreciate the feedback that pushed us to fix it!
In the Level Editor, you can now use the 3-click system to build, modify, or remove landscape voxels — and the health points are now visible for all voxel types. If you've been wanting an alternative to the brushes, give it a try!
We've also got another localization for you: こんにちは to our new Japanese players! 🏰
