Zombiefield Patch Notes — March 25, 2025
Aggregated from Steam, cross-tracked with Battle.net coverage on GamePatchNote.
Welcome In the Field!
First of all, a big thank you to everyone for showing interest in the project! While it’s still a bit rough around the edges, that’s how great things start. As we all know, a community creates great games, and this project has the same goals.
I’m truly excited to finally share what I’ve been working on, paying attention to even the smallest details. The game is friendly to solo players, but the real magic happens when you team up with others. Playing with a team of 4 is where the game truly shines, though changes, like expanding the group to 5, are possible as development progresses and the community provides feedback.
In upcoming updates, I’m planning to add new zombie types, scattered bodies for atmosphere, new animations, and more props throughout the maze. Every new zombie type will come with its own achievement. I’m also considering introducing sub-contracts to bring more variety to the gameplay, and expanding the world with a vertically structured complex, featuring interconnected areas and transitions.
I want to be clear: I’m learning from all of you, and your suggestions is motivating me to make something special. I’m actively gathering your feedback to make sure I’m moving in the right direction and creating a game that you’ll truly enjoy.
Thank you for your support, and please remember: every suggestion, every bit of opinion, helps make this game better. Let’s continue to build something amazing together!
