Optimization: Multiple adjustments to the rendering of the horizon line.

Fix: A visual anomaly where distant ships appeared to be floating above the water.
Fix: An issue where clouds caused the horizon line to become excessively bright under specific weather conditions.
Fix: An issue where player save files could not be synchronized in Clone Mode.
Fix: Abnormal wake and spray visual effects for ships whose geometric center is far from the origin.
Fix: An issue where auto-detected turret firing arcs were incorrect in certain save files.
Fix: An issue in Operation Mode where players with slower load times would spawn in the exact same position as other players.
Fix: Delayed the initialization timing of turret firing arcs to resolve an issue where raycast failures caused some ship turrets to lack firing arc limits entirely.
Fix: An issue in Operation Mode where client players could not see AI ships rotating their turrets.
Fix: An issue in the Career Editor (Beta) where campaign levels not yet added to a level chain could not be entered for playtesting.
Fix: An issue in the Career Level Editor where the red dot prompt (unsaved changes indicator) would not disappear after clicking save.
Fix: An issue where the reward feedback shown during a Career Mode level was inconsistent with the final reward settlement under certain circumstances.
Fix: An issue in the Level Editor where certain text boxes failed to display characters other than Chinese or English.
Fix: A bug where the ocean boundaries turned dark under the "Quality" ocean rendering mode in the main menu.
Fix: A NullReferenceException (NRE) error occurring during ship state synchronization.
Adjustment: Reduced the wave intensity in the RTS interface during storm weather.
Fix: An issue where Ropes disappeared when placed as custom parts.
Known issues with the Campaign editor:
text changes made in the level editor are not saved immediately.
When you need to save text, remember to switch from the level editor to the campaign editor interface and click Save.
