Global
Features
Added support for displaying a PlayStation controller, tutorials, key icons, etc. when using a PlayStation controller on Windows.
Minor
Fixed some floating debris appearing in the camera’s view when it should not be seen.
(PC VR Only; fix coming to PS VR 2 in future patch) Fixed the dive suit helmet getting culled too much while on the player’s head.
Console Only
Firmament is now an official PS5 Pro Enhanced title.
Implemented support for Low Energy Mode/Power Saver Mode on PS5.
Introduced TSR supersampling to allow for better performance.
Increased shadow quality across the board.
Allow HDR mode to be kicked on (or off) automatically based on the OS-level setting for HDR to bring it in line with console requirements.
Fixed incorrect VR scalability settings being applied when switching from 2D mode to VR mode in PS VR 2 (which may happen when starting the game without the PS VR 2 headset on, but enabled later when prompted), which could have negatively affected performance.
Fixed an incorrect translation in Polish for the Health and Safety prompt in PS VR 2.
Fixed Activities on PlayStation not properly firing off when the player selects New Game.
PS4 Only (note that many of the following issues have already been fixed in previous PS5 versions):
Fix credits from being cut off.
Fixed some clipping issues with some meshes.
Improved performance in a few areas.
Fixed an issue with ladders not being usable if you attempted to climb them while socketed into something.
Fixed an issue with the player clipping through a black plane during the end-game sequence.
Improvements made to collision checks on the HUG and the Camelus.
Fixed some player collision issues.
Fixed some lightmap issues on certain meshes.
