Drive 4 Survival Patch Notes — August 5, 2021
Aggregated from Steam, cross-tracked with Battle.net coverage on GamePatchNote.
Hey survivor!
we have another update here, which this time contains a few improvements.
From now on, it is finally possible to eat food directly from any storage (box, barrel, bank, mailbox, etc.) without having to move it to your inventory. This option is also applied to some drinks (such as energy drinks, etc.).
Buying ammo is now a little more comfortable. You no longer buy one bullet or a full-stack.
But instead of one bullet, you buy a straight smaller package - exactly:
Handgun Ammo - 15 pcs
Rifle Ammo - 10 pcs
Shotgun Shells - 10 pcs
Assault Rifle Ammo - 10 pcs
Arrows - 1 pc
The price of the package is according to the original price for the one bullet * number of pieces in the package.
Some uneven terrain and trees growing over the bridge have also been repaired (the whole world will be repaired in this way).
Outpost management has received a new information popup window, which is available on the map after mouse over on the top basic information. In this window, you will see where you draw raw materials from everywhere and where they are consumed.
Regarding Outpost management, you can find information from previous update notes:

It is now possible to lose the captured resource point as well. Once in a while, your occupied places are attacked by zombies. If this happens, it is necessary to go to the place and repel the attack. If you do not make it in time (within 10 minutes), you will lose the resort point and it will be necessary to capture it again.
This is a working version and we want in the future it is not too necessary to drive to each resource point under attack, but it was possible to avert the attack in another way or completely prevent attacks on some points.
We are working with the idea that every exempt outpost that has secured all raw materials would generate safe zones (without raiders) in a certain perimeter, and resource points would also be protected in this zone.
But we also welcome any of your ideas and comments. Are the attacks not very common? As you would imagine their defense, etc. We will definitely find a common path and your ideas can make the game more fun.
Thanks so much for your support!
And don't forget any review of our game is very important and welcome - so don't hesitate and write it. This will help the overall game.
We want to thank you for your support and patience, you are amazing - thank you very much!
Enjoy the game!
