Beastieball Patch Notes — June 15, 2026
Aggregated from Steam, cross-tracked with Battle.net coverage on GamePatchNote.
This weekend we held a BIGMOON BASH where all teams were randomly generated! Playing with Randoms is extremely fun, in my humble opinion. In fact, it's the only way I play in every Bash. After months of practice with only random teams, I figured I would have a pretty big edge over everyone else coming into this Bash. I thought I might have a shot at placing in the top ranks.
Well, once again, that did not come to pass. So here's a list of just some of the nerds who played better than me this time.

Losing with a random team feels nicer because you can always just blame the team you rolled. And yet, I think the players who manage to win consistently with random teams have more than just good luck on their side. A big congrats to the top-scoring coaches!
📊 Beastie Usage Stats!
...Well, this isn't as informative as usual, but for posterity I've collected stats on the top most-used Beasties. In this case, it's really just a reflection of what Beasties are more likely to appear on generated teams. But for folks who played in the Bash, it might be interesting to see which of the more and less common Beasties you wound up playing with.
> Check out the STATS here!
For those curious, I gave a bit of insight into how the random teams are generated in the results for the previous Random Bash. You can read about that here!
And by the way...
If you enjoy Randoms as much as I do, you can always play with this mode by setting the game mode to Random teams in any PVP lobby.
That's all for now. See you in the next Bash!
