2. Add many option flags for radar configuration.
3. Added an Arena Flag to enable .target on line (Training arena).
4. Optimized some code that would cause stutters when convoys were created.
5. Fixed a tagging issue on the 40mm guns, on the cruiser, which were labeled backwards left to right.
6. Fixed a bug that could cause drones to be lost if Alt-Tabbing out.
