Launch of the Public Test Realm
Greetings, Nomads,
As we approach the end of Season 6 Chapter 1, we will be opening up a new Public Test Realm (PTR) to test out the many changes and fixes implemented for Season 2. With this we’re hoping to find (with your help) any exploits, bugs, and/or crashes that might result in the fixes we’ve made for existing issues corrected in this first chapter. You’ll also find a whole slew of new balance changes and tweaks as well.
PTR will launch today at 2 PM EST and have 10x XP and 5x gathering/harvesting.
EU and NA-West servers will be available.

We'll have more information regarding the release of Chapter 2 soon, but a lot depends on the stability of the PTR. However, the goal is to stay as close to the 8 week drumbeat as possible. If we delay beyond that, it will be days/weeks, not months/years.
How to Join the PTR
To join is pretty straightforward.
Right-click on Last Oasis on Steam
Then Click on Properties
And finally enter the beta code NABTbnQT9AEUzhK into the "Private Versions" box at the bottom.

Totem of Power POI now has a no-build radius

Reduced respawn time of iron ore and nibiran to 30m–2h
Iron ore and nibiran can no longer be destroyed by ramming
Increased iron ore and nibiran node HP from 500 to 2000
Moved clay from T2 to T3 asteroid
Removed clay from firestone axe recipe
Reduced animal fat and hide drops from nurr and lazaward by 50%
