Mechanic changed to give 2 uncommon in act 2 and 1 rare in act 3

Gruntkin Campaign Buff Endless hordes
Healing increased on end of turn from 20% (listed as 25% but was actually 20%) to 30%, fixed this healing non gruntkin units
Bug Fixes
Fixed outriders being able to deploy within garrison walls that broke with the garrison wall changes this morning
Fixed fog reducing range and accuracy by 30 instead of 50%
Fixed recruits showing that they were going to heal when sacking settlements in auto resolve when they most definitely were not
Fixed some battle hotkeys being able to trigger when settings menu was open or typing in bug reports

Fixed huge issue with battle inputs not being consumed with settings menu open or when application was not focused (ie typing in another window), leading to them triggering once returning to battle
