Fixes:
- Fixed an error that could occur if you left a scout on the bench during the tutorial, crashing the bonus objective check and preventing you from completing the tutorial (fml)
- Fixed the 4 Resonator 4 Unholy bonus objective incorrectly checking for 4 Spartans
- Updated the selected Icon colours for difficulty selection in the campaign map to be more readable
PS: Soda was right about Melee Unit placement for effective uptime.
