QANGA Patch Notes — January 23, 2026
Aggregated from Steam, cross-tracked with Battle.net coverage on GamePatchNote.
Hello Cyborgs,
We’ve just deployed a new hotfix for QANGA. This update focuses on stability, input handling, and a series of fixes across quests, AI, and performance. It’s a targeted patch aimed at smoothing out the experience and addressing several issues reported by the community.

General & Input
Controller Support: Major upgrade to the input system for better hardware compatibility. Fixed an issue where analog sticks on Xbox and PlayStation controllers were not properly recognized.
Stability: Fixed a specific crash occurring in multiplayer sessions and resolved various rare gameplay crashes.

Quests & Gameplay
Localization: Fixed multiple issues with text translation. Quest objectives and location names now update instantly when switching languages in-game.
Recurring Quests: Fixed a bug where repeatable quests could not be re-accepted after completion.
Scanner: Improved scanner reliability. Objects and NPCs now properly stop appearing in the scanner once interaction is disabled or no quests are available.
Quest Zones: Fixed synchronization issues with quest location objectives. Zone shapes (Cylinders/Boxes) are now detected accurately based on their rotation.

AI & Physics
Gravity & Ragdolls: Fixed a bug where physics objects (including AI when dead) were sent flying in the wrong direction. Ragdolls and physical items now behave correctly throughout the universe, regardless of collision complexity.
AI Spawning: Fixed issues where enemies might fail to spawn correctly in certain conditions.

Performance
Optimization: Improved the logic for checking quest locations, reducing CPU load when exploring the world. The system now adapts dynamically based on how close you are to an objective, which also makes the objectives more reactive.

This update doesn’t introduce new content, but it lays important groundwork for what’s next. With better controller support, more stable multiplayer sessions, cleaner quest logic, and improved performance, the game should feel noticeably more solid overall.
As always, these fixes are part of an ongoing effort to refine the experience, and we’ll continue building on this foundation in upcoming updates.
