Greetings, Adventurers!
This season marks a pivotal phase as we continue stabilizing the performance, mobs, and collisions in the game. While major new content is on hold as we fine-tune these crucial aspects, you'll notice a few minor additions, such as the imbued/infused beetles.
Duration: This season spans 4 weeks, providing us with ample time to rigorously test and refine the game.
Rewards:
The top 5 players in both normal and hardcore modes will earn the esteemed Mantis mount, with a red variant for hardcore and a green one for normal mode.
Seasonal Focus: Throughout this season, our primary focus will be on meta balancing changes, enhancements to bosses, abilities, and refining gameplay mechanics.
Archeon Challenge:
The first 5 players to triumph over Archeon will earn an eternal spot in the game's credits (joining Canuckmeat, who's already achieved this feat).
Permanent Characters:
We're exploring ways to introduce permanent characters to the game, enhancing your immersion and gameplay experience.
Recent Patch Highlights:
Gameplay Changes -Jump Removal: Enhances challenge and realism, urging players to be more strategic and deliberate in their movements.
Rupture Mob Grinding:
A revamped system introducing escalating waves of mobs in ruptures, offering dynamic challenges based on duration and RNG factors.
Mob Stacking:
Melee mobs now stack, intensifying combat strategy and requiring heightened awareness from players.
Performance Changes:
We've technically restructured enemy behavior, aimed at a seamless experience. Expect potential bugs, and your feedback is instrumental in addressing any encountered issues.
Note for Hardcore Players: Exercise caution when updating or consider starting a new test character due to potential challenges and risks associated with hardcore mode.
