Very soon we'll be ready to present the new Update 0.2.8, which will bring a series of significant changes to Deadside
New locations
Settlements, stations, fishing villages—we've decided to make the world of the game more varied by adding several new
locations
. The balance of the respawn system
has been reworked, and as a result there are new respawn points available in some locations. The reworking of world map will have a significant effect on tactics and serve as the basis for the introduction of gameplay possibilities for both PvP and PvE.Landscape imrovements
In the upcoming update, we are planning on applying significant changes to the landscapes of some territories, as well as adding more
rivers
cutting across the mainland.

The rivers are bursting their banks! That means that
base wipe is coming
: all players' bases will be wiped along with their contents. This includes storage crates
that can be kept outside bases. Please save your gear and supplies in safe zones before the next update rolls out.
