In this update, we’ve added custom keybindings, aim assist, CAS system upgrades, and comprehensive controller improvements.
After the last update to squad NPCs, some performance issues were reported.
This update also fixes those performance issues.

New Features & Improvements:
Custom keybindings updated, allowing players full control over input.
Full support for controllers and Steam Deck, with significantly improved controller experience.
Added aim assist system for both controller and mouse, adjustable in game settings.
CAS Targeting System Upgrades:
Double-tap \ to auto-shoot a target
Use arrow keys to switch targets
Shows all visible enemies when CAS is activated
Added target indicators
Full controller support
Performance optimizations for smoother gameplay
UI & System Improvements:
Recruitment interface now includes filters for gender, profession, and Steam friends (friend search time may vary based on number of friends)
Fixed character portrait alignment issues
Fixed UI not disappearing after squad NPC death
Squad NPCs now actively rescue teammates and prioritize adding items to existing stacks in inventory
Fixed controller mouse simulation issues
Fixed squad member UI layering issues
Inventory & Building Improvements:
Fixed inventory lag
Fixed runtime bug that could cause built items to disappear
Clear notifications when materials are missing during construction
Power System Improvements:
Fixed issue where multiple generators could not supply power simultaneously
Clear warnings for insufficient power (e.g., street lamps)
Added status icons and descriptions for squad NPCs
Fixed Input system issues
Reduced frequency of runtime cloud saves
