1、更新新手教程内容：添加九头龙任务，添加左、右开炮教程，利维坦形象展示。
2、添加一艘新船，附带喷火技能。
3、Bug 修复。
4、增加Fps及不断回传PING值

Dear Captains in Voyage Senki VR, we are very glad to inform you that our first update is coming.
Our first update is from 13:00--13:30 24th April (Beijing Time)
Contents:
1, Tutorial add nine-heads dragon mission, add fire to left/right instruction, Leviathan show
2, Add a new ship with fire skill
3, Fix some bugs
4, Increase Fps and set continuously PING return in this version
