Two Point Museum Patch Notes — May 20, 2026

Thank you all so much for all your feedback since the launch of Arty-Facts, and we hope you've been enjoying the new content so far! In today's update we've made some balance changes, improved messaging around some notable pain points, and squished a bunch of bugs.

Patch Notes - Build 9.1.224300
Gameplay Updates
Added a new state "Exhausted" to the Performance Staff after they've completed a Performance.
Previously there was just a cooldown on the stage which resolved staff moving around the museum but also trying to be on the stage, and it was unclear as to why some staff could not be reassigned. Instead we've made it visible with a status effect.
Rebalanced Hogsport to use Rough Seas event and swapped out injury counter so that it's not a First Aid Kit
Rebalanced Reflective Artist so it can be countered with Happy Thoughts instead.
Made Mixed Emotion correctly give Confused emotion in Studio Room setup
Balance pass on POI objectives
We've removed "Buy X" subgoals
Balance pass on Toll Bridge drop table chances
Balance pass on the starting qualifications
Rebalanced Original Art Buzz Bonuses so that they're simpler to achieve
Rebalanced the XP gained from Performing studio room projects (Increased!)
Entertainer Trait has been added to Art staff
Changed the Pre-requisites for the following POIs:
Sweaty Palms - it requires to have 3D art unlocked
Hogsport - now requires to have a performance stage Workshop Project
Fixes:
Fixed Robo staff not installing mods (We hope!)
Fixed an issue where Pebberley Ruins "Camping Spot" was starting active and then getting countered
Fixed an issue for the Partition Door not being purchasable with Kudosh in Career Mode
Fixed Spectrum of Light and Dark on incorrect staff and POIs
Fixed Art POIs to display more varied Art specific Dilemmas
Fixed Foundation filtering so there is now themes available
Fixed an issue with Underlook Hotel so it explains better why the POI could not be unlocked
Fixed icons for dynamic art in multiple locations
Fixed some placeholder icons
Localisation and text fixes
Optimisation pass
