This beta branch patch addresses some early bug reports for the recent Hero Pack 5 release.

- Service Kevlar relic effect no longer applies to non-HP damage
- Fixed certain relics with longer descriptions not showing their descriptions on hover in bind menu
- Fixed some relic descriptions that were too long to fit in the bind menu description box
- Fixed crash when viewing unbound Agent's Watch relic
- Fixed possible crash if an enemy was killed by Lawbringer's Posse skill in certain situations
