v7831 is here
with a brand new Spectate option. You can access it from the match start screen (if the game has already begun) or from the death screen (just after crashing or being carabine-pinpointed by Whoracle).The spectate screen displays basic information about the player being focused and the progress of the game. You can also access the player's Steam profile from there and the scoreboard screen (as you would in-game).
The Vector's movement stutters a bit due to ping, that's something we'll have to investigate.
I'd like to do more but it took me far more work than expected.
