We have replaced the artwork "Cat Cam" with the real cat who is named Oatmeal. The owner of the cat was kind enough to let us use the cat for the steam point shop and we appreciate this.
If you bought the Cat Cam sticker twice and want a refund for one them then contact steam support for assistent. There was a bug going on where they allowed people to buy the sticker as duplicate. You can reach out to steam through https://help.steampowered.com/
