Sniper Elite: Resistance Patch Notes — June 17, 2025

Patch 1.30 has been deployed snipers. The update includes a number of fixes which include mission completions being registered correctly, Survival medals being awarded as intended and pistol stocks no longer clipping through the character models.

General Bug Fixing
Added several fixes to improve level unlocks for campaign missions played out of sequence whilst in co-op
Fixed some cases where mission completion was not being registered correctly and therefore not giving appropriate unlocks
Fixed an issue where dialogue could play whilst the level is loading after moving from an older patch patch to the latest patch
Reduced cases where players could encounter a crash when completing a mission
Made aesthetic improvements to entering the scope at extreme angles
Fixed an issue where the player card would overlap with chat text in multiplayer in some languages
Corrected some labels for attachments to indicate which ones come from DLC weapons
Fixed an issue where the Paratrooper Beret did not display visually on the US Paratrooper skin
Fixed an issue where medals referring to the ‘Vercors Vendetta’ mission were not labelled correctly
Fixed an issue where a medal referring to the ‘Light’s Camera Achtung!’ mission was not labelled correctly
Fixed an issue in the settings where if players turned voice chat off and on, they could not change the voice chat mode until refreshing the page
Added survival medals for some of the maps that did not have them previously
Fixed an issue where the text was cut off in the notification when achieving the ‘That’s a wrap’ medal
Weapon Specific Bug Fixes
General Weapon issues
Fixed an issue where some weapons did not unlock correctly when reaching the required campaign progress
Fixed an issue where the 7.5mm Conversion Magazine did not increase Muzzle Velocity
Fixed an issue where the ‘Magazine Pouch’ attachment was incorrectly requiring kills in MP. It is now unlocked through campaign progress.
Fixed an issue where the ‘Leather charging Handle’ had incorrect unlock requirements
Fixed an issue where large Pistol Stocks would display clipping through the character on the loadout screen
Fixed some UI text in Axis invasion that would get cut-off when playing in Russian
Fixed some text on the collectable ‘Scuttle Instructions’ from the ‘Devil’s Cauldron’ mission that would get cut-off when playing in Russian
Gewehr 43 – Fixed an issue where the Liberation wrap would not display correctly on this weapon if the ‘Extended Marksman’ barrel attachment was used
Trench Gun – Fixed an issue where a shotgun shell would incorrectly display close to the trigger when using a female character
Karabiner 98 – Fixed an issue where the ‘Thin Grip Tape’ attachment would clip through the Ghillie Rifle Elite wrap if they were both equipped at the same time
M1A1 Gov. – Fixed an issue where certain cosmetic skins failed to display on the stock of the weapon
DL Carbine – Fixed some cases where progress was not being registered properly for the ‘Extended Suppressor Barrel’ attachment unlock.
Armaguerra OG-44 –
Corrected the description text for the ‘Extended Magazine’ attachment
Improved the reload animation for this weapon
ZK-420S – Fixed an issue where the ‘Reenforced Band’ attachment would clip into each of the available rifle wraps
Mars Automatic – Fixed an issue where skins for this weapon would appear low-resolution on some platforms
SVT-40 – Fixed an issue where the Ghillie Elite wrap would not display correctly when used in combination with either the ‘Short Carbine’ or ‘Heavy Parkerized’ barrel attachments
M1918 BAR – Fixed an issue where the ‘Rubber Buttplate’ attachment would not display correctly on certain platforms
Campaign Level Specific Bug Fixes
Behind Enemy Lines
Fixed an issue where co-op partners could fall out of the game world if they joined whilst the host player was stood close to the generator objective
Fixed an issue where if both Flak cannons were destroyed at the same time in co-op, the flak cannons could display incorrectly
Dead Drop
Corrected an issue where a set of vines was not climbable in invasion mode
Fixed a case where co-op partners would spawn inside a wooden platform if the ‘Scaffold Yard’ alternative start location was used.
Fixed an issue where if the player knocked the kill list target unconscious, placed him near the rat bomb and shot it, the challenge would not register as completed
Sonderzuge Sabotage
Fixed an issue where the player character’s feet would clip through the floor at an overlook close to the default mission start point
Fixed an ammo pick-up that did not give the correct amount of ammo
Fixed an issue where the player character could get stuck permanently falling if they stood in a certain spot between some train couplings
Fixed an issue where a body crate would remain lit even after surrounding lights had been shot out
Fixed a case where one of Harry’s dialogue lines would still play even if the player was not playing as Harry
Fixed an issue where a duplicate intact tank model could appear as one got destroyed
Fixed an issue where players could pass through a railing
Removed a visual bug where players could see out of the game world in the garden area
Fixed an issue where the player could not go prone on one of the metal walkways
Collision Course
Fixed an issue where players can hang but not be able to get back up on the railing used for the kill list challenge
Added a window frame that was missing from one of the windows near the railway station
Added a missing prompt for the drop-down option on one of the ladders on the Damn
Fixed an issue to ensure co-op partners spawn with the player when they use an alternate start point to start the level
Devil’s Cauldron
Removed some invisible collision around the submarine dock so it doesn’t stop bullets
Assault on Fort Rouge
Fixed a ledge takedown being briefly delayed before the kill actually occurs
Improved the collision of a ladder by an AA gun so the player can no longer occasionally run through it
Lock, Stock and Barrels
Fixed a rock wall so it now correctly uses its high-resolution textures
Removed some invisible collision around a body crate so it doesn’t stop bullets
Fixed a ladder so the player can now climb up it
Fixed an issue where if you threw a knocked out sniper of the top of the windmill the objective marker wouldn’t be removed from the now dead body
Adjusted some curtains so they no longer go through some open windows
End of the Line
Removed some invisible collision in a crater
Fixed a rare instance where enemies could go through a set of stairs
Removed an unnecessary section of floating railing
Adjusted a rock so its no longer floating a bit above the ground
Modified the walls on turret locations so they have higher detailed textures
Fixed the distance to a flak gun when tracking the objective
Fixed the Zugwerfer turret so its now destroyed after shooting it
Fixed a rare instance where you could spawn at the wrong start location
Fixed a ladder on a roof where looking down it would cause terrain to disappear
Improved the lighting on the outro cutscene
DLC: Lights, Camera, Achtung!
Fixed rare instance when picking up a body would leave the body on the floor
Adjusted the lighting in a few places to help them match the surroundings
Removed the ability to get stuck when dropping off a caged ladder
Fixed a small visible hole in the terrain by the battery cannon
Fixed the spawn location for a client when the host is in a few locations in the level
Fixed the biography of the hidden gnome as it was displaying the wrong one
Fixed a flicker shadow in the church
Fixed the black sections of ears on the loading screen
Fixed objects not appearing when looking out of a warehouse
Fixed the Xbox app progression bar for 'Take 5, and.. ACHTUNG!' so it now tracks correctly
DLC: Vercors Vendetta
Fixed the “Lucky Rabbit’s Foot” collectible displaying the wrong description
Fixed some collision where you could climb down and through the ground
Fixed a lantern so it can now be destroyed
Adjust some collision to stop the player being able to fall into and then get stuck in a mine cart
Adjust the geometry so the player can no longer see a motorbike in the distance from the start point
Removed some invisible collision outside the windmill so the player can shoot through it
Fixed the propaganda poster pickup notification not correctly showing the level name
Fixed the spawn location for a client when the host is in a few locations in the level
Adjusted the lighting on the player when they are by some sandbags at the Artillery Battery
Fixed the lighting in a couple of spots in the windmill
Removed the ability to go prone on stairs around the North Nerbelwerfer
Fixed the propaganda poster sometimes appearing low resolution
DLC: Striking Range
Fixed the lighting when using the Harbour Cave workbench
Fixed one of the German voice lines was not being played correctly
Fixed the collision on a wooden crate
Removed a section of invisible collision on some railings stopping bullets passing through it
Improved the collision at the bottom of some stairs
Fixed If the kill list target runs to the nearby stairs he no longer gets stuck
Fixed some instances where doing a stealth takedown near boxes could cause the body to fall through the geometry
Fixed a small area of missing geometry to stop falling through the map
Fixed a section of invisible collision stopping the flare guns flare by some stairs
Moved a Schu-mine so its no longer partially in a crate
Removed some invisible collision a section of a battlement so it can be shot through
Added the end of a small wall that was missing
Fixed a rare instance where enemies could shoot through a section of the floor
Add a few extra sets of bolt cutters to the level
Adjusted a couple of paintings so they are now flush against the walls
Fixed the ability to climb up a vine by the bridge
Added collision to some sandbags on a wall to stop the player being able to see through them when next to them
Fixed a zipline which wasn’t able to be used
Fixed enemy reinforcements that arrive now patrolling once they are no longer in an alerted state
Modified the name of one of the keys to help explain what its for
Removed the ability to get out of the playable area at one of the lookout towers
Add a few more satchel charges to the level
Adjusted a poster near the church so it is now flush against the wall
Fixed a hole the player could drop down and be stuck on some barrels
Moved a small patch of grass so its positioned correctly
The information on the in-game store page now scrolls so you can see all the content in the DLC
Fixed a few textures on a battlement so they appear correctly
Adjusted the lighting on the water in the sewers to closer match the surroundings
Fixed some light bleeding through a wall by a road
Added shadows to a few crates that were missing them
Fixed one of the subtitles not displaying correctly when in the underground area with the kill target
Improved a couple of translations for the tagged info on the kill target
Fixed subtitles not displaying correctly for a Jager
Fixed the spelling of the 'Vergeltungswaffe' medal in Portuguese (Brazil)
Fixed the biography information of the tagged reinforcements around the Castle
Adjusted a couple of textures on the road near the Castle
Added more glow to one of the lamps in the basement
Adjusted the level description box on the menu so it doesn’t get overlapped by the objective star
Fixed up a small black area underneath a sandbag wall
Fixed the ability for the camera to clip into a few things in the Sea Cave
Lowered the amount of invasion phones in the level
Switched the idle animations for a Spotter
Improved the lighting in a tent in Castle area
Fixed the Kill Target so when he is pacified his body falls correctly
Removed any light bleeding through the stairs near the jail
Adjusted the collision on some rubble when the player is prone
Improved the lighting in one of the side rooms in the facility
Modified a few small textures in a corridor so they aren’t so dark
Adjusted the height position of an enemy leaning against a wall
Propaganda Specific Bug Fixes
General
Fixed where if the player had unlocked a propaganda challenge and tried to load it but had uninstalled that DLC, it will now take you to the correct store page to re-install that DLC
Fixed an exploit where the player could use traps to kill enemies but not start the timer
Vivre Libre Ou Mourir
The loading screen now shows the date of the operation
Updated the amount of enemies on the menu to match the amount in level
Pour Les Français
Updated the amount of enemies on the menu to match the amount in level
Multiplayer Level Specific Bug Fixes
Deathmatch St.Raymond
Fixed when shooting through the open Café windows they no lower have glass effects
SE5 Map - Deathmatch Landing Zone
Improved the lighting in certain areas so places no longer feel overly dark
No Cross Alpine Gorge
Fixed an exploit to be able to get out of the level boundary
No Cross Fortress
Improved the collision on the wooden platform near the ‘Stream Crossing’
Fixed an exploit to be able to get out of the level boundary
Survival Specific Bug Fixes
Survival General
On the menu the lines connecting the command posts now all connect correctly
The ‘Survivor’ ribbon now also unlocks when completing a DLC survival map
Fixed that completing a DLC survival map now counts to skin unlocks
SE5 Map - Survival Pest control
Fixed the map zoom level when selecting Operation Monarch on the menu
There is now a best score medal for the survival map
Survival Fortress Command
The vines at the back of a building are no able to be climbed up
Generator near the Central Apartment Block is now correctly position at ground level
Survival Mark of the Eagle
Fixed a chest high wall not able to be vaulted over
Survival Tide of War
Fixed enemies being able to shoot through a specific wall in the Courtyard Apartments
Fixed a small amount of terrain not correctly appearing when hidden behind a wall
