On Halloween, the ShadowSide Halloween FREE DLC becomes available again!
To access it, you need to enable it in the "Game Properties - Beta Versions" section and then wait until the add-on is installed. The DLC works separately from the main game. To play the main game, disable the DLC again to avoid problems with loading levels.
