Sengoku Dynasty Patch Notes — April 30, 2026

Note:
Unfortunately, this update is postponed on consoles due to technical issues. Additionally, crossplay won't work with consoles, but still should work between PC platforms (Steam/GOG/EPIC).
We are working on fixing this as soon as possible and hope to bring this update to you on the 7th of May.
*NEW* Refugee Clothing Variety
Refugees now wear more varied outfits based on your Dynasty Level.
*NEW* Villager Levels
Villagers can now improve their efficiency over time.
Villagers gain XP while performing jobs and level up naturally
Happiness increases XP gain speed
Higher levels increase workload capacity, ability to handle more fields, and produce more recipes
XP is also applied retroactively. In late-game saves, some workers may already be at the maximum level of 100.
*NEW* Worker Specialization
Villagers can now specialize in specific types of work.
Each worker may have a preferred job type
Matching specialization with the workplace provides bonuses like Increased XP gain speed and Improved production output
*NEW* Additional Content
New Weapon Type: Otsuchi
Large and heavy weapon, offering an alternative to the Kanabo.
New Legendary Weapon Set: Sakura
Includes Naginata, Katana, Tanto, Yari, and Longbow.
New Outfit: Craftsman Clothes
CHANGES
Adjusted the attack dynamics in combat.
Improved archipelago to allow building on rock and cliff surfaces.
Bug Fixes
Gameplay & World
Fixed NPCs and players sometimes teleporting to the center of the map or falling under the terrain (including retroactive fix for affected saves).
Fixed raiders’ loot bags disappearing in demolished Enemy Camps.
Fixed the Samurai Leader so that he does not attack the player when pushed outside the walkable terrain (navmesh).
Buildings & Placement
Fixed Player Village and Traveler Outpost map markers not updating after relocation.
Fixed Fishing Post furniture sometimes not being buildable despite a valid placement for Fisherman's Hut.
Fixed player not being able to move the Blacksmith Trading Post.
Fixed crops floating above Land Fields placed on slopes after loading save.
Others
Fixed visual artifacts on the water surface.
Fixed snow falling under some roofs.
Fixed the incorrect pivot on the well animation for NPCs.
Fixed tailor bench animation.
Fixed enemies having invisible weapons if the player teleports to them from behind.
Fixed input loss on an axe.
Fixed loss of focus when opening the Dynasty tab while in dialogue with an NPC (consoles only).
Fixed Population tab navigation issues requiring double input on the gamepad when the refugee was last on the list.
Fixed "B" not acting as back on Legend and Quest screens.
Fixed the XSX and WinGDK Recently Played With issue after changing the multi backend from MPSD to MPA.
