- player can now start the game from any unlocked level instead of the episode's start
- fixed minor issue with mouse cursor when changing application's focus
- the right analog stick of gamepads now controls the horizontal character rotation as well
- changed some configuration parameter of the PhysX SDK that may have caused problems with some nvidia graphic cards
