RWBY: Grimm Eclipse Patch Notes — July 6, 2017
Aggregated from Steam, cross-tracked with Battle.net coverage on GamePatchNote.
Hello Team
It’s been a little while since our last update, but it’s great to see so many folks still active in the forums and itching for news. This is a short update, but it’s an important day for RWBY:GE, so we wanted to pop in and say hello.
July 5th 2016: Never Forget
Today marks the 1 year anniversary of the release of RWBY: Grimm Eclipse. To celebrate the anniversary and to say thank you to our amazing community, we have a small announcement - we’ll be releasing Steam Trading Cards, Backgrounds, and Emoticons! These have been requested many times before and many times we said “we’d love to...someday.” Well, check your calendars, because ‘someday’ is soon! Actually, “soon” is when they get approved by Steam (so, legit soon).
Jordan Scott’s Arbiter
Kickstarter LinkAs many of you know, Grimm Eclipse was born from a fan project of the same name by the extremely talented Jordan Scott. Since his time with Rooster Teeth, Jordan has been busy on a project of his own, Arbiter. Jordan’s new game is currently live on Kickstarter. Swing by the campaign to support and share his awesome new project. He’ll even be demoing at RTX in Booth 646!
RTX Austin 2017
Schedule LinkIf you’re coming to RTX this weekend, be sure to say hello. We all love this time of year when we get to meet the fine folks on the other side of our PC monitors (you). This year, some of the members of RT Games are hosting panels.
- Friday: Jeff’s “Gaming Year in Review”: Game developers and game players have a friendly (maybe) debate about some of the biggest gaming news of the past year.
5:00PM @ ACC-MR6 - Saturday: Brian’s “What to Expect When You’re Expecting (to graduate)”: A panel of creatives talk about going to school, getting their foot in the door, and drop a little advice for the next gen of game/ art/ film makers.
10:00AM @ ACC-MR6 - Sunday: Casey’s “How to Start a Game Company”: Come listen to several folks who have been there and done that when it comes to starting their own companies.
3:30PM @ ACC-MR6
Happy hunting, team!
