Race for Tuning News — November 7, 2025
Aggregated from Steam, cross-tracked with Battle.net coverage on GamePatchNote.
Hi everyone!
I’m the developer of Race for Tuning.
I know I haven’t been in touch for a long time — and I want to say right away that I’m genuinely sorry for disappearing and not supporting the game.
I developed Race for Tuning alone and spent 6 long years on it, but after release the game brought almost no income. Since game development is my only source of income, I had to switch to other projects just to be able to keep working and support my family. At that point, I had to make the difficult decision to stop developing Race for Tuning.
Recently, I saw goosiest’s video and the discussions here. It was very unexpected and really touching to see that after so many years the game still has interest. Thank you for your feedback and for not forgetting the game.
I’ve already reached out to goosiest (email + Discord) to discuss the possibility of transferring the rights to the game and continuing its development. I haven’t received a response yet, but I’m open to discussing the terms if he is interested. I really would love to see the project get a second life and continue to grow, and I’m ready to move it forward if we can come to a fair agreement.
Thank you to everyone who played, wrote reviews, and supported the game — even after all this time. I truly appreciate it. ❤️
I’ll let you know as soon as there are any updates.
