We're Back! Pathless Woods - Updates Resumed!

Hello everyone, it’s been a while! Today marks the 2nd anniversary of Pathless Woods, and we’re thrilled to announce that we are resuming updates today!
Over the past year or so after our funding dried up, we tried every possible way to keep going, and we've finally found an opportunity to continue pushing the development of Pathless Woods forward.
Thanks to the funding from the Pathless Woods mobile version and the massive help from our good buddy (Cursor), we have extensively refactored and optimized our underlying code. The performance should be much better now, so if you're interested, go jump in and give it a try! While new gameplay features and content won't be included in this specific update, they are already on our development schedule, so please stay tuned!
This update will be pushed to the Test branch first. Once it is stable, we will roll it out to the Default branch. Here are the update details:
Comprehensive refactoring and optimization of the underlying code for improved performance.
Refactored the dynamic water flow system; now supports digging water trenches and ponds.
Optimized UI for the inventory, chests, and other interfaces.
Optimized the building UI and added a quick selection bar (hotbar).
Added new Year of the Horse celebratory skins.
Moving forward, we will start working on new content while continuing to refactor and optimize older modules. At the same time, due to our financial situation, we can only allocate about half of our energy to continuously updating Pathless Woods. While future updates might not be very frequent, they will be steady and consistent, and will generally remain synchronized with the mobile version.
