Hope you've had a fun week! <3 Like last time there's not too many updates to share since we'd like to wait to show some things for the upcoming patch, but here are some things we'd like to adress.
Regarding Save files
We understand that some people would like an option to start a new game, which we are currently looking into. We can't promise that it will be part of the next patch, but we appreciate the feedback and are therefore looking into a solution to start the game from scratch in some way.
Some touch-ups for the game's visuals
Clarity and readability is a high priority when making the game's pixel art, so lately we've been adding effects to visualize how some mods work. For the Lifesteal mod we've made a meter to show how much damage is needed to gain HP and for the Teleporter mod we've added an animation to more clearly show the weapons teleportation range.
New mechanics?
We're still experimenting with new game mechanics to keep the gameplay fresh, like for example this new spike ball that follows the player. More details about these mechanics will come in future updates.
