Note: The "Allow Unreadable Part Mesh" setting is disabled by default to prevent players from loading and using non-standard Mod parts, which can cause visual glitches, black screens, and crashes.
When this setting is disabled, attempting to load or place these problematic parts will trigger an error, and they cannot be placed.
These parts must be fixed by their respective Mod authors. If you absolutely need to load such a part, you can enable the "Allow Unreadable Part Mesh" setting, but the aforementioned issues are guaranteed to occur.
