BUGS
- Fix: Selling Items no longer includes Equipped Items or Items in Storage in the items that can be sold. This solves the following issues:
- Accidentally selling equipped items.
- Accidentally selling items in storage.
- Receiving 0 gold for items being sold.
- Accidentally selling equipped items.
- Fix: Items marked for sale that never get sold should no longer remain in the Sell Items grid.
- Fix for UI issues that caused Alden and Blacksmith to leave dialog text onscreen for too long.

- Updated controller layouts.
