An update was just pushed for Memory's Dogma CODE:01 which includes Russian language support.
Please note that there may be some issues when loading saved game data when playing the game in Russian so it is suggested that users start from scratch when playing in Russian. We'll try to address a fix for this issue as soon as possible. We appreciate everyone's patience in this regard.
