Fixed an issue where seed would not be returned when removing a mound with the mech's plow

Fixed aim overshooting when turning the camera in the Mech, most noticeable when placing down buildings
Visuals
Fixed a save/load issue with the 2x2 glass wall with door opening and the inverted 26° corners
Fixed Green Lava Lamp being saved as the blue variant
Fixed lots of the latest modular construct additions changing to the wrong material when painted, or being paintable in the first place
Text & localization
Fixed error in French localization of "Fuel Bar/Bars"
Fixed missing localization for the "Inspect" prompt on points of interest
Fixed misspelling in description of Vintage Arm (L)
