Legendary Tales Patch Notes — April 3, 2026

We just pushed updates on Steam and PSVR2.
It contains many bug fixes but also some balance changes. (and on-going) This time, there are some Legendary Item changes, Especially for Bows. (It's first updates, so if its Overpowered and/or Underpowered, we will tweak more)

Succubus Queen
Fixed haptics during the intro sequence. (Adjusted due to an issue with Index Controllers)
Fixed an issue where the sword attack direction of the charging clone was incorrect. (Caused by physics-based wrist twisting)
Fixed an issue where punch could not be parried Clone's attack.
Reduced physical resistance. Almost same as DLC release version.
Haw-Lang
Fixed an issue where the flying sword fist attack could not be parried.
Reduced HP. Almost same as DLC release version.
Bug Fixes
Fixed the damage formula for Etiam! (It increases damage by defense when HP is low, but because the calculation order was too early, it was excessively strong.)
Fixed an issue where Riposte (increased next attack damage after blocking with a shield) was not working, and adjusted its balance accordingly. Coefficient nerfed from 100% → 70%
Fixed an issue where the extra item crystal from Luck Day would not drop items in certain situations.
Fixed an issue on PSVR2 where the throw direction of Earth Caller’s legendary spell(the spell that summons a rock and launches it by striking it) was incorrect. (Issue caused by eye-tracking)
Fixed an issue where Bongukgeom (本國劍) could not deal damage to certain enemies.
Fixed an issue where some Yellow Portal mini-games rewards were dropping as level 1 items.
Fixed an issue where Zone of Power (magic circle that increases magic damage while standing on it) did not work on clients.
Fixed an issue where items on the second inventory page would disappear when sorting items after joining as a client.
Balance Book
Changed resistance buff calculation from multiplicative to additive.
Legendary Bows
Forest Keeper, Heavy Rain, Great Archery, Couillard
Fixed an issue where stat scaling was not applied to legendary bow skills, and rebalanced bow skill scaling. Due to balance concerns, Sniper and Snapshot no longer apply to bow skills.

Maximum arrows: 7 → 5 Option changed: Mana recovery every 3 seconds → Health recovery after each kill
Great Archery
Charging requirement is removed. Now instance attack
Explosion duration: 3 sec → 2 sec Heavy Rain Total 6 hits (damage every 0.5 sec) → Total 3 hits (damage every 1 sec) Other Legendary Weapons
Damage from legendary skills that appear magical will later be changed to elemental damage. For now, they are temporarily set as physical damage. (Most other physical weapons are also currently dealing physical damage.)
Gelufrang
Fixed the follow-up attack after the first skill hit so that it now uses a Heavy Attack instead of a Light Attack

Additional Features
Added a Seal tutorial sub quest. It is automatically accepted when picking up a Seal and can be progressed through the Blacksmith.
Opening a chest from a Room Quest reward will now reveal a Seal combination recipe. One per Room Quest, 100% drop rate

Balance
Warglaive of Storm option changes
Maximum Physical Damage → Mana recovery after each kill
Damage increase on slashing attacks → Slightly reduced
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where the wrong effect was displayed when completing a Seal combination item.
Fixed an issue in the “Killing the Immortal” quest where the immortal skeleton could not be killed after clearing the quest. : Now, if the skeleton is still present when the quest is cleared, its immortality is removed. This issue previously occurred if the skeleton had already been killed, the quest conditions were met, the player reconnected, the immortal skeleton respawned, and then the quest was cleared.
Fixed an issue where the “You Heretic!” achievement could not be completed. (Trigger condition: hitting an enemy with a book weapon skill)
Fixed an issue where players could not change the difficulty in Hard Mode after converting a Hard Mode character into a DLC character. It is now forcibly changed to Normal difficulty.
Fixed an issue where the Resurrect spell could not be cast using a staff.
Fixed an issue in weapon crafting where a Seal slot could appear before using whetstone, allowing players to use a Seal and then upgrade the item rarity with whetstone. The Seal slot now appears only after using whetstone. Previously, if a Seal combination item was created before using whetstone, applying whetstone could cause both the Seal combination option and a random option to be applied at the same time.
Fixed an issue where the Divine Blade spell gesture would sometimes fail when used with a Staff (two-handed staff).
Fixed an issue where The Gate of Truth (unarmed magic damage increase) was not being applied.
Fixed an issue where Blizzard would not deal damage when graphics settings were set to Normal or lower.
Fixed an issue where One Man Army (hybrid tab damage increase skill) stats were not being applied.
Fixed an issue where weapon options that attack-type damage increasement were not being applied to bows.
Fixed an issue on clients where previous fusion spells would not disappear when casting Meteor Storm, Blizzard, or Cumulonimbus.
Fixed an issue where defeating DLC bosses did not grant Honor.
Honor rewards are now 50 on Normal and 150 on Hard.
Fixed an issue where Succubus Queen clone attacks could not be parried with Psychic Shield.
Improvement
Added scrolling to the weapon option list.
