Killer Bean News — June 16, 2026
Aggregated from Steam, cross-tracked with Battle.net coverage on GamePatchNote.
Well that was a rough week! First thank you to everyone who purchased my game! And thank you for all the bug reports and feedback. I honestly thought the game was in good condition for early access launch, but I was wrong! Immediately after launch I started reading bug reports for things I missed during play testing, so I jumped directly into bug fixing.
After a week of constant updates, I think the bugs are almost squashed. Here are all the updates I made for the game so far:

By Thursday or Friday this week the majority of bugs should be fixed, and I should be able to start adding new content. I’m listening to all the feedback, and I agree that I should focus mainly on the City Map. I’m going to first open up the other neighborhoods of the island, so the first mission can take place in any neighborhood.
Then I’ll be adding random NPC side quests to replace hacking devices for info. But if you happen to fail the side quest, you can always hack devices as a backup to progress with the mission.
Carjacking will be added after that, and NPC side quests could involve carjacking also, like stealing a limousine to pick up a VIP, and then crash the car off a cliff to assassinate the VIP, but make it look like an accident. Or stealing a car, placing a bomb in the trunk and then driving it to an enemy rival’s hideout.
An alternate 1st mission will be added that involves a car chase, and around that time, I also want to add a completely randomly generated mission for high replayability. A randomly generated mission would work best in the City Map.
Looking ahead, I think in August I can start developing the online coop game modes. A whole lot of stuff will be coming this year! Thanks for playing the Killer Bean game!
