Greetings, Exterminators!
Get ready to dive into the Cyber Core Update, the second major content drop in the Kill It With Fire 2 Early Access Roadmap! This update takes you deep into DARWIN’s brain, where you’ll tackle new mini-games, solve puzzles, parkour the platforms, unlock hidden doors, find collectibles, and of course, squash spiders!
Patch Notes
New Level: CyberCore
- Navigate this arcade-inspired HSF training program to earn your coveted Heavy Armor Clearance.
New Spider: Glitch Spiders
- Watch out for these tricky spiders! Each one you kill splits into two spiders that are smaller and faster!
New Weapons
- Decompiler: Scrap spiders and objects into bits, to build entirely new objects.
- Drone: A reappearance from the first game, but this one has guns and a cute face!
New Lab Project: Butterfly Effect
- Collect butterflies (which spawn randomly throughout the game) to unlock the Butterfly Effect. It shoots spider-seeking butterflies that erase arachnids from existence! Every successful butterfly will duplicate and continue to hunt spiders! The weapon also slowly regenerates its own ammo.
New Challenge: Drone Race
- Test your piloting skills with your new Drone weapon.
New Potion:
- – We’ll let you try and discover this one on your own!
New Blueprint: Jetpack
- A flamethrower that takes you to new heights.
New Audio Logs: CyberCore Dev Logs
- Dive further into the lore by collecting the tape recordings.
New Objectives: x12
- Don’t forget to check your clipboard, exterminator.
New Achievements: x10
- How many will you get?
New System: Cosmetics!
- Collect 21 unique cosmetics, including hats, to personalize your exterminator.
