Hey friends!
It’s been a while since we shared what’s going on with us — and actually, quite a lot is happening behind the scenes.
First of all, we’re still working. From the office. No matter what. 💪
Secondly, we’re currently up to our ears in development of our new project SuperWEIRD.

For those who haven’t heard — this game is an automation roguelite, where you optimize the flow of single-use dumb robots, build, craft, and piece together a broken world.
Right now we're actively playtesting it in the browser. And oh boy — you’ve sent us a lot of comments and feedback. We’re carefully digging through all of it now.
If you’d like the full story, check out our latest devlogs. We answer the most frequently asked questions there and explain how we work with feedback in general:
Feedback has always been important to our studio. We’ve tried to stay close to players on Steam, Discord, and across social media. But with this project, we decided to go even further. It basically turned into full-on data-driven development — constant playtests, constant feedback loops, constant iteration.
It was our first time working like this, and honestly… what an experience! At one point, we stretched a single version to 9 weeks instead of the planned 2, just because we couldn’t hit the metrics we needed in playtests. Imagine that!
Yes, playtests… speaking of which
Thankfully, the era of large-scale quantitative playtests is behind us — now we’re focused on smaller, qualitative ones. We’re currently running a new closed playtest.Want to join? Fill out the form here:

If the form is too long, or you don’t feel like dealing with closed playtests at all, you can always sign up for the open playtest that will happen a little later. To do this, click the green button on the game’s page:
And also, check out this art!
Here are some screenshots of the features we added to the game based on the closed playtests. But what exactly are they? You’ll have to guess. Or even better — try the game yourself!

That’s all the news for now. We hope to come back to you soon with more updates — so don’t disappear on us!
