IDUN - Frontline Survival Patch Notes — March 9, 2025

This update adds a Modifier Bar, letting you inspect active mission and run modifiers mid-game. The Liquid Geyser mission modifier provides a steady blue liquid flow, perfect for powering printers and pumps. Meteor Rain and Lightning Storm mission modifiers can now be removed as rewards in Orbs. Proximity mines now deploy with a cooler effect. Additional improvements include restock buttons in the Loadout Screen and a truck load of other fixes.
Added:
- Modifier Bar lets you inspect active mission and run modifiers during missions.

- New Music Track “Chimeria” by Dark Fantasy Studio.
- The new Mission Modifier "Liquid Geyser". A raised rock formation with a constant flow of blue Liquid flow,

- Restock Buttons in the Loadout Screen.

- Cooler effect when deploying proximity mines.


- Two Run Modifiers (Orb Rewards) that lets you remove either Meteor Rain or Lightning Storm.
Balance:
- Electrified Walls push force reduced from 40 → 20.
- Increased visibility into Fog of War.
- Fog of War modifier occurs slightly less often.
Changes:
- Frozen Grass is now denser.
- Run Modifiers Tooltip now shows how many times they have been activated.

- Updated some quip voice lines.
- Related quips now uses the same time threshold. Meaning lower quip frequency.
Fixes:
- Mission Modifiers during loop events now correctly apply.
- Meteor Rain and Lightning Storm no longer target mission-critical buildings as often, even in crowded areas.
- Research Panel in the Space Station will no longer stack when clicking outside the panel.
- Run Modifiers (Run Rewards) now correctly reset between missions.
- Deep Drill Pulse Modifier no longer constantly deals trickling damage.
- Unlock (Research) Tooltips now consistently display icons.
- Gold Bug will now kill itself when exploding the first time.
- Smoothed gameplay edges on Spiral.
- Tutorial missions now show the correct challenges.
- Hero units now update transforms correctly, preventing rendering issues.
- Fog of War (and other removed modifiers) can no longer be added again during a loop event if removed as a reward.
