Idle Dungeons Patch Notes — November 12, 2018

Hi, as some of you have noticed, the game has had multiple push backs.
The game has been delayed due to personal reasons and delays within my own life. Being the sole developer, things can unfortunately get in the way. With this also not being my job, or main source of income, sadly it doesn't take top priority.
However, it has now seen a 2 month push back to the new year as I am currently re-working the entire game to implement more RPG style elements and change the look of the game.
In the long run, this will benefit the game to make it more unique, however the downside is this takes extra time.
The new direction of the game is a Diablo inspired dungeon crawler where it feels like you are actually going through the dungeons, and fighting hard battles against a verity of enemies.
If you can't wait to play the game, the beta is always open for more people to come and take a key. Simply look in the #beta-keys section of the discord and you will find a key which you can use to gain access to the beta.

If you are in the Discord, you will get to see sneak-peaks of the game in progress and gain direct access to where you can help to influence the direction and decisions I make to make the game what it is.
For now, here are a couple of screenshots (some very WIP) to tide you over until the first iteration of the new style comes to beta in a couple of weeks.


Again, the images above show only the very first ideas for what the game will end up being like. I plan to make the game into more of a unique clicker, and not just something that will blend in.
