Halved Patch Notes — February 20, 2026

Bossdome changes
- Items are now rewarded on a percent of boss health dealt basis
- The Quagmire Construct no longer grants any of its segments shock immunity
- "DEAD MAN'S SHIELD" is no longer restricted
- "BOOTS OF THE MONGREL" is no longer available in Bossdome
- The tops of the pillars in the Snowhenge levels can now be jumped up through
- Changed "Tier" back to "Difficulty" because HARD is actually harder now rather than a sidegrade in some situations
UI/textual changes
- Reworked adjusting zoom and volume and reordered the settings menu
- Added scrolling to menus when they exceed screen height
- Reduced scramble coefficient (for glitchy Bossdome text) of menus to a very readable 0.2*
- Fixed the character selection menu to fit better on smaller screens*
- Detailed control tips now display cooldowns with two decimal places
- The Individual play selection menu's entries now have their record times scrunched up to them for distinguishability
- The right and middle mouse buttons now properly display as (M2) and (M3) respectively (previously swapped)
- Shifted slot management interface for clarity
Character/weapon changes
- Weapon icon tips will now display hard internal cooldowns
Individual play changes
- "THE STALEST PIZZA" and "RAGEWEED" are no longer unavailable due to a glitch
Item changes
- The math for rolling with luck no longer makes things with a low base chance overpowered
Enemy changes
- Crystalizers no longer bunch up like crazy
- The Crystalizer texture has been purged of its ugly black outlining
- Crystalizer health has been slightly buffed
Misc changes/fixes
- Correctly centered the camera on the main menu
- Polished the loading screen wheel
- Music should correctly continue when unmuted after being muted for a long time*
- Updated Dawn's weapon descriptions to reflect their higher ammo
- Fixed weapon icons displaying the wrong weapons (again...)
Gamepad changes
- Updated gamepad navigation to make more sense in terms of direction
- Moving the mouse will no longer permanently disable gamepad navigation
- Updated concise control tips to display gamepad glyphs when a controller is connected
- Skin selection button no longer rapidly cycles skins when held with a gamepad
