Garden Story Patch Notes — September 23, 2021

Hey everyone!
Patch 1.0.7 is live NOW on Steam and it includes some new QOL updates, adjustments, bug fixes, and accessibility options.

Updates:
- By raising each towns' Maintenance levels, you can purchase new Village Storage upgrades in the shops, allowing you to stack more resources
- You can also purchasing upgrades for Concord's resource inventory after raising town Maintenance levels, allowing resource stacking in their backpack

Here's what else is new in v1.0.7:
- Added 4 new cosmetic hats - One new hat per village, and you will automatically get Spring Hamlet's new hat!
- Backpack UI changes to match the cosmetic you have equipped
- Added the ability to use Dew Jars from the Hotbar
- Adjusted boss balance (including a nerf for Bookworm)
- Adjusted tool hitboxes - Pick, Sickle, Parasol all have new adjustment behaviors and do not interrupt movement as harshly
- Adjusted some Memory wording and functionality for clarity
- Fixed issue where Rose's favor was not completing properly
- Fixed issue where "Life Moves Slowly" memory was not functioning properly
- Fixed an infinite leaflets exploit
- Minor UI adjustments
- Miscellaneous script adjustments

More Accessibility Options!
- Added accessibility option to change dialogue text effect in Options menu
- Added accessibility option to remove timed elements of Waterlog Dungeon puzzles in Options menu
- Added accessibility option to influence VFX for weather elements
- Added accessibility option to influence lighting for time of day
