IT'S TIME FOR DANCE AGAIN NOW!
DesktopMMD4 is mainly born to solve the clip through problem of the previous version of the model and the inability to directly import VMD dance files. After more than a year of exploration, I finally found a new way and fully switched to the original MMD technology framework, which not only realized the ability to directly support the import MMD's VMD dance action files, and directly use the original MMD physics engine to dance without the problem of clip through the model, and even directly support the lip-sync and facial with the VMD dance, making it easier for the model to dance on the desktop with richer details.
WHAT'S NEW
(1) Support Directly import the VMD dance motion files of MMD without conversion, and supports the lip-sync and facial expressions .
(2) Support directly import the PMX/PMD model file of MMD without conversion and better compatibility .
(3) Support the physical effects of MMD, and no longer clip through model when dancing.
(4) Support switch two rendering styles of model with one click: 2D Anime rendering style and 3D realistic rendering style.
(5) Support directly import the VPD action file of MMD without conversion.
(6) Support multiplayer motions in a dance, allowing multiple models to load different VMDs to dance different motions.
(7) Brand-New lightweight rendering engine, which uses less system resources and reduces the GPU usage by as much as 60% compared with the previous generation.
