Hello Demonologists,
We’re thrilled to announce that Update 2.0.0 is now live!
This update is a major milestone for Demonologist, bringing engine upgrades, visual overhauls, new content, and many improvements across the game.
Engine & Rendering
Upgraded the game engine from Unreal Engine 5.3 to Unreal Engine 5.6
Lumen has been added
With Lumen, lighting now feels more realistic and significantly strengthens the overall atmosphere
Visual & Atmospheric Improvements
Visual improvements have been made across all maps and safe houses
Radical texture changes on selected maps
Atmospheres across all maps have been reworked
Design additions made to certain maps
Hiding lockers have been redesigned
Multiple design-related issues have been fixed
Lighting improvements applied to all maps
Fixed light leaking issues on certain maps
Light sources have been added, adjusted, and improved
