Hello Deadsiders!
With the start of the 1.9 PTS, we have some information for our modders about compatibility. For modders who want to ensure their mods are compatible on release, we have ways for you to test in our official discord.
Version 1.9 makes some major changes to items with upgrades, progression with blueprints, and changes to level design with the map expansion. All of these have the potential to break mods. We also plan to make fundamental changes to the water and drinking system as well in an upcoming 1.9 build.
If you are a modder and would like to test your mods compatibility before the release of 1.9, we have opportunities and instructions for you on our official discord.
