Hello Deadsiders!
In the next few hours, we will begin rolling out Hotfix 1.9.0.1 for PC!
This is a small patch featuring important balance improvements based on community feedback
In the latest game update, we emphasized survival mechanics. Based on your feedback, we may have gone a bit too far. Securing food and water has become quite a challenge, especially for new players.
Therefore, we are implementing the following changes:
- The number of mussels on the shores has been doubled
- The number of apples has been increased by 25%
- Well capacity has been increased from 100 to 150 units
- The recipe for building a Water Source has been simplified; it now requires 2 units of polyethylene instead of 4
The reduction in the number of missions on the map was implemented to make it easier for players to move around the map and loot. As the number of players on the server increases, the number of available missions should also increase. However, we did not take into account that a large number of players occupy many locations where missions can spawn. We have now made the settings more aggressive; there should be noticeably more missions on full servers.
Several changes related to vehicle wear and tear:
- Vehicles found in the world will now be in slightly better condition, allowing you to drive them longer at a comfortable speed.
- Boats will now appear more frequently.
⚠️Important: We have identified several locations on the map where players could potentially block river traffic. With this patch, the river depth in these areas will be increased.
As a result, players who have already started building along the riverbank will no longer be able to expand their base along the riverbed, though they will still be able to build upwards.
⚠️Warning:
During the patch deployment, servers may be temporarily unavailable. Game client update is required
