Damage floater animation is no longer sped up if game speed is increased.

Balance Changes
\ Resistance Piercing Chance stat base value reduced from 20% to 5%.
Developer Comments: This stat is one of the most powerful in the game, especially against enemies with high resistances (elites and bosses), but the large base value meant it would almost always reach the cap very quickly without requiring much thought. This change is intended to make it a meaningful part of character progression and build planning.
Piercing Strikes mastery now grants +5% Resistance Piercing Chance.
Aimed Shots mastery now grants +15% Resistance Piercing Chance.
Multi-Shot mastery Projectile Amount stat increased from 15% to 20%.
Thief Resistance Piercing Chance class bonus reduced from 60% to 25%.
Deathbringer’s Handwraps now grant +100% Resistance Piercing Chance.
Zordolf’s Battle Harness Critical Strike Chance stat increased from 5% to 25%.
Zordolf’s Battle Pants Resistance Piercing Chance stat reduced from 40% to 25%.
Death Rush animation slowed down and area of effect slightly increased.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug in the In-Game Build Planner where the eldritch gear list would not update properly when the race, class, or origin was changed, causing an error.
