It’s time to reveal the upcoming vehicle - meet the Phantom Tempest!
Introduced in 1970, the Tempest was Phantom’s first serious attempt at combining full-size practicality with muscle car performance. Powered by a range of V8 engines and built on a robust sedan platform, it delivered straight-line speed without sacrificing comfort. Its long hood, wide stance, and aggressive front fascia made it stand out in an era dominated by big engines and bold styling.
Throughout the decade, the Tempest earned a reputation as a dependable powerhouse - equally at home cruising city streets or charging down open highways. By the time production ended in 1980, it had established the formula that would later evolve into the legendary Gale. Today, enthusiasts remember the Tempest as the car that proved a family sedan could have the heart of a muscle car.
