It’s time for some development news and insights about our next huge update!
We already talked about gameplay improvements, new stations and recipes in a previous news post. Today it’s time to announce something big!
With the next update, we’ll unleash heavy storms and weather effects! The game will offer a playable intro sequence, that sets up your first encounter with Bermuda’s mystery!
What else? Let’s see…
To make the Sunken Ashes more interesting visually and gameplay wise, we added more detail and visual effects to the area and increased the amount and types of resources available.
We changed the harvesting mechanics for some resource types. Gathering materials is now less time consuming and more fun!
Other changes and additions:
- Tutorial hints will help new players to get into the game
- Reworked spear gameplay and improved visual feedback make hunting more enjoyable
- New sound effects have been added, for example whale songs
- New stations, new items, new recipes
- New skill and equipment unlocks
